Registration Fees

All rooms will be reserved on a 1st come, 1st PAY IN FULL basis.

The registration fees for the various room grades available are:

 

Courtyard Room:

  • Couple:           £ 1,350.00   (Approximate Euros: €1,530.00)
  • Single:             £    880.00  (Approximate Euros: €1,000.00)

 

Castle  Double Room – 12 available – (1 Twin Bed Room)

  • Couple:           £ 1,525.00   (Approximate Euros: €1,725.00)

 

Courtyard Named Room – 2 available – Thomas Lumley & George Lumley

  • Couple:           £ 1,600.00   (Approximate Euros: €1,812.00)

 

Castle Feature Room – 5 available

  • Couple:           £ 1,600.00   (Approximate Euros: €1,812.00)

 

Castle Named Room – 3 available – Sir Ralph & Queen Anne & Richard II

  • Couple:           £ 1,700.00   (Approximate Euros: €1,925.00)

 

Castle King James Suite:

  • Couple:           £ 1,850.00   (Approximate Euros: €2,100.00)

 

Closing date for registrations: 31st March 2018

Your registration only becomes effective when all dues are paid in full.

 

The registration fees are due as follows:

  •  All fees to be paid in £ Sterling only please.
  • 50% advance due no later than 31st March 2018
  •  Balance due no later than 31st May 2018

Cancellation & Extras

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the following address: keith@lagondafestival.com

Cancellation periods are calculated from the date of arrival, i.e. 16th August, 2018.

Cancellation charges are calculated on the basis of the registration dues as follows:

30 to 15 days prior to arrival

75% of dues

15 days or less prior to arrival

No show / Cancellation without notice

In case of no show or cancellation without notice, the cancellation charges amount to 100% of the registration fees.

 

Extras

All additional expenses and services, of whatsoever nature incurred by a participant during the festival must be paid directly by him/her before their departure from the location/event.

Legal disclaimer

Legal responsibility

The organizer rejects any liability for damage to persons, property and assets that happens to the participants (drivers and passengers) before, during and after the meeting.

By registering the participants renounce the right, for themselves and their relatives, to act against or to take recourse to the courts against the organizer and any other person involved with the organization of the meeting, for any damage suffered resulting directly or indirectly from the meeting, . 

The participants take part in the meeting at their own risk and bear the civil and criminal responsibility for all damage caused by their vehicles.
